1. The tail lift cannot descend Cause investigation： 1. Insufficient battery power causes the solenoid valve to fail to open 2. There is a short circuit in the circuit, and the descending electromagnet is electrified 3. The one-way valve is damaged Solution reference： 1. Fully charge the battery 2. Check the circuit and repair it 3. Replace the one-way valve | 2. The tail lift automatically flips downwards Cause investigation: 1. The oil seal of the flipping cylinder is damaged 2. The oil seal of the directional valve is damaged 3. The oil seal of the balance cylinder is damaged Solution reference: 1. Replace with a new one 2. Regular inspections
| 3. The motor starter makes noise and the motor does not work
Cause investigation: 1. The contact of the motor starter is burnt out 2. The entire motor is broken
1. Replace the motor starter with a new one 2. Replace the motor with a new one |
4. After replacing the oil seal, the tail lift cannot be raised
Cause investigation: 1. Gear pump damaged 2. The transmission shaft at the connection between the motor and the gear pump is damaged
